  • produce a written report on one A4 page describing your experience of the residency and how it has benefitted your work
  • acknowledge the residency in future exhibitions, biographies and resumes (where appropriate) and interviews where possible and relevant
  • cover all associated financial costs including initial deposit and subsequent residency rental, costs of art materials and transport, including those incurred by moving artwork and equipment to and from the F Project
  • provide insurance for any artwork, equipment and other valuables while in residence at the F Project
  • provide own food, supplies and transportation
  • pay for any damage caused to room/s and the residence through neglect, carelessness or inappropriate behaviour

Considerations & housekeeping:

  • Artists’ studio space can be arranged if desired. The residence bedrooms are not suitable for use as studios
  • The residence bedrooms are not accessible by wheelchair
  • No animals allowed in the F Project buildings
  • No smoking inside the artery residence
  • The space may be shared with other residents, so respect is expected regarding noise levels and sharing facilities
  • Any breakages, repairs or replacement needs must be reported to the manager or if not available, other volunteer staff
  • All doors to the building must be closed and locked upon leaving the premises
  • Wifi is included in residency fees. There is no landline telephone service on the premises
  • Towels and bed linens are included in residency fees, with fresh linens provided weekly. Residents are expected to keep their rooms and shared areas clean and tidy.
